Based on your open day feedback, we've made improvements to the way you manage your event guests through the Funnel event check-in app. You can now add the full guest name details in an easy and user-friendly way on event day, helping you with those unexpected guests. We’ll also now display pre-registered guests in the admin area of the check-in app, to offer you a full view of your registration numbers.
We’re making it easier for families to navigate online enrolment forms by adding a ‘Back’ and ‘Save and continue’ button on all form pages. This’ll allow families to navigate online enrolment forms without losing their completed data.

Accounts and admin teams will now be able to see any discount codes applied at time of payment within the payment receipt. This handy feature will allow easier matching of discounts to individual leads.
Funnel customers will now be able to override standard payment descriptions on auto-generated payment receipt emails with their own custom descriptions. The current payment format of “Form name + Payment” will remain the default, unless schools choose to add their own description. Funnel customers will notice a handy improvement when allocating new tasks. Selecting from an alphabetical list, you’ll be able to find and assign the correct team member easily when assigning tasks.
Schools using our Graph QL API can now further streamline their data flow as notes kept on a specific lead can be created and updated via the API.
Great news for schools using Docusign to send enrolment agreements! Our new integration with Docusign allows for “envelopes” or signatures to be automatically sent once a family completes an enrolment application.
