Funnel Updates

We’ve refreshed our Lead details and Guardian pages to give you an improved experience. These changes include:

• Headers have a new and improved look
• The featured 'pipeline stages' are easier to interact with as we've increased their size.
• The timeline is now more responsive for smaller screens
• You can now expand and collapse notes that are too long
• The Funnel user, guardian, and lead tags have an improved look

Funnel’s event check-in app admin area has new design and functionality improvements! Save time and give families a seamless check-in experience on event day. With this update, you can:

• Check guests in directly from the admin area of the app
• Select all attendees in both the parent facing, and admin area of the app
• Switch between different campuses
• See proposed year/grade level and entry year in the admin are
• Leave notes on multiple leads in the attendee group at once

Note: You will need to be on the latest version of the app in order to access these updates

Users can now download all files associated with an application from the lead details, including the receipt, application, and any uploaded files.

You can now remove the email, phone number, or address on the default properties of a lead’s details.

With the addition of the ‘view lead’ button, you can now easily navigate to the lead straight from the form submissions page!

When using Funnel, it’s now easier to match leads with your spreadsheet exports, through the inclusion of a universal unique identifier (UUIDs).

You can now manage your own analytics and form branding colours in Form Editor.

Based on your open day feedback, we've made improvements to the way you manage your event guests through the Funnel event check-in app. You can now add the full guest name details in an easy and user-friendly way on event day, helping you with those unexpected guests. We’ll also now display pre-registered guests in the admin area of the check-in app, to offer you a full view of your registration numbers.
