Bulk manage groups who are attending events

You can now easily mark event groups as attended / not attended in bulk from the events table.

You can now quickly mark who attended an event after the event has ended

If you didn’t mark attendance at an event via the Funnel app, you can quickly mark those leads who attended at once after the event, instead of having to mark each of them within an individual lead.

You can now easily see the pipeline stage of a lead’s siblings

When viewing the sibling information of a lead, you can now see displayed the pipeline stage of that sibling so you know exactly where they are in the enrolment process.

UUID (Universally unique identifier) is now available directly in the lead snapshot fields

You can add the lead UUID to the lead snapshot instead of having to go into the lead full details.

Aesthetic update for graphs in Funnel

When interacting with a graph in a report within Funnel, you’ll notice that we’ve refreshed the look and feel of the graphs, with a colour change from orange to teal.

Simpler and easier payment receipting with TASS

You can now export acceptance payments/fees directly into TASS, and attribute the fees to a specific student via the API. This nifty update will help streamline your finance process for accepting payments.

More relevant time zones are now displayed to parents

For our US clients, parents who view your event forms will now see the most relevant timezone for them, based on their location. These timezones include:

  1. US/Pacific
  2. US/Mountain
  3. US/Central
  4. US/Eastern

Display token data in lead communication timeline

School users will now be able to see token data in the lead timeline for any communications sent to the user. For example, instead of Guardian > First name, we would simply display John. Schools will be able to use this information for compliance and auditing when printing out the communications sent to guardians.
