Funnel Updates

We’ve added extra options when exporting or importing CSV data to avoid empty columns. You’ll now be able to select from two ‘collection field size’ options:

Option 1: Best for importing data, this includes a fixed number of columns for data collection.

Option 2: Best for data sharing, this includes all collection items with no empty column. Do most of your leads have a single phone number, but there are few with two? This option will show two columns to represent phone numbers. Or perhaps, no leads have an address, then the address collection will be excluded from the export.

We’re excited to announce that we’ve now added integration support for KAMAR and Maze student information systems (SIS). Schools using these systems can now export admission information as a CSV and import it directly into Funnel.

Do you need to access files uploaded by prospective families during the application process? Your school can now download these files by writing a query via our GraphQL API. For more information on our GraphQL API, please reach out to your Digistorm Customer Success Manager.

Great news! When creating a new email template for any event in your Funnel system, you can now add event personalisation tokens. Include elements such as event name, event start at, and event location to personalise your event communications at scale.

Signing into Funnel just became a lot easier! Introducing: Single Sign-On (SSO). You can now sign in to Funnel (on both desktop and mobile app) simply by using one set of login credentials. Whenever a team member applies a manual payment to a Funnel form, you will now be able to add the user’s name against the payment so that you have a record of who took the payment.

If you’ve been looking for a way to send plain emails without branding to your Funnel contacts, then look no further! We have introduced a plain text template to our communications editor. When you visit the editor, you will have the option to choose between ‘Account Branding’ and the new ‘Plain Text’ templates.

You’ll notice that the plain text template does not include your school logo, social media links, footer elements, and branding, allowing you to send emails with a more personalized feel to your contacts. However, you can still use all of the Funnel features that you know and love, such as tokens, to send your plain text communications at scale.

Reduce enrollment fees for prospective families with Funnel’s brand-new discount codes. These codes can be created and shared with your community or applied automatically when they land on your payment gateway. With Funnel discount codes, you can do things like:

• Reduce the total enrollment fee for staff members
• Provide a percentage discount for families with more than one child
• Offer a promotional code for discounted fees at certain times of the year (such as after a family attends a school tour).
