A new look for inputs!
Funnel input fields

You might have noticed a big change to the way you can enter information in input fields, dropdowns, text edit fields, date pickers, time pickers, and more! Our latest user interface (UI) update aims to bring these elements in line with Funnel’s new look and improve your experience when entering data.

Report on ‘Days to Close'

It’s important for enrollments teams to have firm numbers around how many days it takes to move a lead to ‘Closed won’ or ‘Closed lost’. Using the lead 'Days to Close' filter allows you to calculate the average number of days that a lead will need to be nurtured before they can make a firm decision about your school.

This report can help you to gain extra insight by comparing lead activities (for example, if they had attended an open day) and seeing whether this impacted the number of days to close.

Search for leads who have gone quiet

Digistorm’s latest feature is to help users to filter leads by ‘days idle’. This property means that the lead doesn’t have any activities, emails, or events recorded against their name. This is a great way for teams to be able to quickly identify any leads who may need extra attention so they don’t slip through the cracks.

Modals have a new design!

As a part of Digistorm Funnel’s new user interface, “add new” pop up modals have been given a facelift! While functionality will remain the same, you will notice a new look when adding a new lead, task, event, communication or report.

Create filters based on lead activity numbers

Digistorm Funnel’s newest feature is designed to stop any enrollment leads from slipping through the cracks. You can now create a filter based on how many activities have been performed on a lead. Depending on your process, the number of activities associated with your lead may indicate whether the lead has been well-nurtured or not.

This new filter will allow you to quickly see a list of leads with a low number (or zero) activities tracked. This will allow you to set up check-ins or review the lead to see if any further action needs to be taken.

Conversely, you will also be able to filter and see a list of leads that have a large number of activities tracked. When you’re reviewing your conversion rates, this function may help you to see how many activities (on average) it will take for a lead to convert to ‘Closed Won’. You can use this filter in conjunction with ‘Year’ and ‘Year level of entry’ filters to understand if there is a correlation between activities and conversion rates within this report.

This report, used in the ways mentioned above, will go a long way to helping management to dive deeper into discovering why they might be losing enrollments between stages.

Digistorm Funnel’s new security update will ensure that all files that are uploaded are scanned for viruses and to disallow any dangerous file types. This ensures that Funnel users will not be interacting with maliciously uploaded files.
