We’ve now included the ability to search by “Form Entry ID” in the payments table. This allows faster allocation and reconciliation of payments received.
To use this handy new feature, enter the “Form entry ID” in the search box on the payments table.
Need to duplicate an existing list instead of creating a new one?
You are now able to duplicate an existing list easily, by clicking on the three dotted menu bar, and selecting “Duplicate List” from the dropdown menu.
Once duplicated you’re able to easily edit and make changes to your new list.
We’re thrilled to announce a handy new feature: easy to download lead summaries. This brand new functionality is a PDF summary of any lead’s important information — perfect for interview preparations, offer discussion, and more!
To download a lead summary, click “Download Summary” from the menu on the Lead Detail page.
Are you a Funnel customer with an enrolment form? Based on your feedback, we’ve made a few design and user experience improvements to the enrolment form PDF. You can now expect to see an improved layout and additional use of your school’s unique branding, making for a more visually appealing document.
We've also allowed schools to customise the first page of the new enrolment PDF with up to 5 fields for easy reference, simply contact Digistorm today to have this enabled.
Worried about leads updating key information like Year Level or their Entry Year without your knowledge? We’ve got some good news!
You now have access to an easy-to-manage change log that shows a complete history of changes to all leads and guardians in one location. You can rest easy knowing that you’ll be able to stay on top of any important changes that come through.
To access, simply click on the three-dot menu on the right side of your Leads page, and click “view edit history”.
An exciting new feature is now available in the Funnel events check-in app. Guests can now check-in at your school’s events by scanning a QR code, directly loaded onto the Funnel events app on tablet or iPad.
For a printable QR code for your event, simply download a copy within the event page.
To gain access to this new feature before your next school event, please make sure that your Funnel events check-in app is up to date.
Great news! We’ve added a new event content block to your Funnel communications. This means that when you create a new email template, you can now easily add information about your upcoming event at scale. The events content block includes information such as event name, event time, and event location.
