A fun new addition to your notes is the option of adding emojis. You’ll find a wide variety of emoji’s in the format bar when writing up notes.
You can now save time by editing all of your custom Funnel form behaviour email templates without needing to request support.
Behaviour emails are generated once a user has interacted with your form. For example, the email that’s sent after someone registers for an event. For more information, take a look at this handy support article.
Note: this update only applies to existing custom email templates. If you’d like to add a new email template, you can still do so via our support team.
You’ll soon be able to better track your visitors and make informed, data-based decisions using analytics. This new feature allows you to track page views on your forms using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Facebook Pixel.
It’s as simple as setting your unique tracking code from Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Facebook Pixel either globally in your account settings, or override it individually per form type.
To learn more, we’ve put together this handy how-to article, or reach out to your CSM for further information.
Based on your feedback we’ve made it easier to export lists directly from the leads page. This reduces the steps previously needed, and replaces it with a simple new option to export in a more user friendly way.
To access this functionality, simply choose your preferred list that you’d like to export, click on the three dot menu near the top right of your lead screen, and select “Export List”. Select your preferred export type, and you’re all set!
If you do get stuck, feel free to reach out to our team for any questions.
When exporting your lead information, the Lead score will now be included in your report. This handy improvement allows you more relevant lead data when exporting to CSV or Excel file types.
The lead score will automatically be included when exporting your file, so no additional steps are required to set this up.
Do you want to have a quick snapshot of tasks and when they’re due? We’ve just rolled out an improvement to ordering tasks that you’ll find helpful!
From your “Tasks” screen, you can now choose tasks to be displayed either manually or by due date.
Manually: Tasks are ordered by dragging and dropping with newly created tasks added at the top.
Due date: Tasks are ordered by due date, and cannot be moved around or re-ordered.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to your CSM or our support team!
If you often used the “Advanced filter” options on the lead table, you’re now able to search by Guardian Custom Properties. This allows you more filtering options using custom fields set up on a guardian.
Find this handy filter under the “Advanced filter” button on your leads page, and then select “Guardian Properties” before selecting specific custom properties you are interested in.
