We’ve recently removed the event “app forms” in Funnel to simplify the creation and management process of forms for our Digistorm team. We discovered that there was little to no difference between the website and app forms for event registration, so we are combining the two. The website form varies slightly in the app version as the event ID field will be hidden.
Within each report within Funnel, users can drill down into each graph or representation to see a table view of the underlying lead information.
To keep your data safe, we’ve added extra security measures when updating the email address that’s connected to your Funnel account. Users will receive a confirmation email and verification link to their new email address to confirm their request.
Additionally, an email will now also be sent to the old email address, advising the recent changes and information on what to do if they didn’t make the request.
Schools can now use the ANZ eGate payment gateway to collect funds safely online with Digistorm. This quick and secure payment solution can be easily integrated with any of our online enrollment forms or used to collect donations.
We are excited to announce that schools can now push data that they have collected from a Digistorm enrollment form straight into SchoolPRO via API integration. This integration will help automate the enrollment process with seamless integration of data.
We’ve now updated the Enrollment Management dashboard so that all spelling and date requirements are localized for our US clients.
If a user has left their screen open for an extended period of inactivity, they will be logged out, notified that their session has expired, and directed back to the login screen to start a new session.
Great news! Our latest update to the Lead Map report means that you can now gain an even greater insight into the location of your leads. You now have the ability to drill down even further from the Suburb level to Street Address. This allows you to collect even more information about your leads, for example, whether prospective families live near bus routes to your school.
