Hip, hip, hooray! Funnel users can now send personalized and targeted birthday communications to their prospective families. Simply jump in and filter your leads by who has a birthday coming up on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
We have recently updated the email token feature in Funnel to ensure that you can select easy to use tokens. Email tokens are a great way to personalize your email communications and increase engagement with your prospective parents and students. Not only have we improved our pre-existing tokens but we have also extended some new tokens so you can effectively find contact properties to add to subject lines and the body of your school emails.
Digistorm Funnel now integrates with the iWise School Management System. With this integration, you can now send important student information that you collect in your online enrollment form directly into your iWise system.
Authentication between Digistorm and iWise uses an access token passed over a secure SSL session. This token maps to an iWise user who can be assigned certain permissions for the Digistorm integration.
Organizing an event in a different time zone? Maybe you’re providing a virtual tour for international families, or organizing an event across interstate campuses? It’s now easy to add a timezone when setting up Funnel event forms.
You can now add extra information, files, and attachments to any of your activities in Funnel.
If your school belongs to a diocese or has multiple campus locations, you might find yourself needing to quickly switch between Funnel user accounts. To make your job easier, we’ve now added the functionality to seamlessly switch between multiple user accounts from within your organization settings in Funnel.
We’ve added the ability for schools to create a payment report and download a receipt file that can be imported directly into Synergetic or TASS. Schools can select ‘payment type’, for example, donations or enrolment fees, with an associated account code used for categorizing payments. You can find the link to the payments page within the Account menu.
We’ve recently removed the event “app forms” in Funnel to simplify the creation and management process of forms for our Digistorm team. We discovered that there was little to no difference between the website and app forms for event registration, so we are combining the two. The website form varies slightly in the app version as the event ID field will be hidden.
